Mint has been known for thousands of years as a natural calming and soothing herb. It is made up of 78% menthol which encourages bile to flow into the Duodenum, where it promotes and aids digestion. Mint is also a natural and potent ‘antispasmodic’ which relaxes the action of muscles making digestion and the subsequent release of energy quicker, and also kinder on your stomach.
Mint has even been proven to naturally increase the pain threshold of the human body! (Quite handy when you need that extra edge on your opponents).

Short dated so disappointing as most of the other product has at least eight months shelf life where these only have three months
Hi Rebecca! Thanks for reaching out. 😊 Just a heads up, different products have different shelf life dates from the moment they're made, mainly because the ingredients vary. Our Chocolate Covered Mint Cakes have a maximum date of 5-6 months from when there made, due to their ingredients and the fact that we don't use any preservatives.

KMC recharge. Dissolves quicker than regular mint cake but my batch of 24 all have a use by date of only 6 months. Expected longer as reviews says a year or more. I was hoping it would last me rest of this year.
Last weekend l cycled for The cancer charity, Hope Against cancer with an inspirational young lady called Alice we rode 125 miles from Leicestershire to Norfolk during the ride l ate kendal mint cake bars KMC which were brilliant at keeping my energy levels up and also keeping me hydrated what an excellent product
I love the taste and also the texture of this bar. It’s a nice combination of mint and chocolate, but I also like how mint is not gooey, but crunchy.

I've loved KMC since I was a lad, more recently it has been fuelling my walks, and runs.
