The Role

As Sales Office Manager & PA, you’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:

• ✔ Office Management – Overseeing daily office operations and ensuring efficiency.
• ✔ Customer Service – Handling queries, processing orders, and maintaining relationships.
• ✔ PA Support – Assisting Directors with scheduling, meetings, and key admin tasks.
• ✔ Sales Coordination – Supporting the sales team with admin, CRM updates, and reporting.
• ✔ Purchasing & Accounts – Managing supplier orders, invoicing, and working with Xero (training can be provided).
• ✔ Process Improvement – Bringing structure, organisation, and efficiency to the business.

We're looking for a warehouse fulfillment operatives to join our team in readiness for our busiest period.
Hours: Weekdays between the hours of 09:30 - 17:30 (flexible 4 hour shift, 3 days /week).
