INTELLIGENT HYDRATIESYSTEEM
Met toegevoegde elektrolyten - Isotoon wanneer gemengd met 500 ml water, bevat KMC ISO MIX een mengsel van 4 elektrolyten die zijn ontworpen om de hydratatie te bevorderen door zouten te vervangen die verloren gaan door zweet en de fysieke prestaties te verbeteren. Elektrolyten zijn nodig voor verschillende dingen, zoals hydratatie, spiercontractie en bloeddruk. Bepaalde elektrolyten, zoals natrium en kalium, gaan verloren in het zweet en moeten worden vervangen om de juiste vochtbalans in het lichaam te behouden. De belangrijke elektrolyten voor atleten zijn natrium, magnesium, calcium en kalium. Wat is de Dual Charge-formule?
Glucose, vaak de bouwsteen van koolhydraten genoemd, is een eenvoudige vorm van suiker en wordt als zodanig rechtstreeks in de bloedbaan opgenomen, waardoor uw bloedsuikerspiegel stijgt. Dit stimuleert op zijn beurt de afgifte van bepaalde hormonen die de hoeveelheid glucose verhogen die de cellen van uw lichaam kan binnendringen, waardoor er directer energie vrijkomt.
Fructose wordt ook directer in de bloedbaan opgenomen, voornamelijk via de lever, maar verhoogt de bloedsuikerspiegel langzamer. Hierdoor ontstaat ons dual-fuel energieleveringssysteem; onmiddellijk maar langdurig .
