Deze rijke mediterrane blend werkt even goed bij elke brouwmethode. Het maakt een
goede sterke shot voor dranken op basis van espresso of een mooi, soepel, sterk brouwsel gemaakt met een koffiekan.

HET GEBRADEN

Onze rijke mediterrane blend is een donker gebrande Colombiaanse koffie. Het wordt geroosterd als Full City, ook wel bekend als een Franse braadstuk, dat uit de brander valt net op het moment dat het braadstuk de tweede scheur bereikt. Hierdoor komen de natuurlijke oliën in de boon vrij zonder dat het brandproces de smaak overheerst.

DE SMAAK

Deze brandingen zijn donkerder dan de meeste moderne espressomelanges en worden gekenmerkt door hun donkere kleur, olieachtige bonen en gebrek aan zuurgraad. Dit betekent dat de koffie bij het zetten een rijke, stevige smaak heeft met een zachte afdronk en slechts een klein vleugje bitterheid.

Had to use a lot of this coffee to have a dark roast, also was a few days from being out of date for use. Will not be ordering anymore.

I am always on the hunt for a decent, strong and bold flavoured coffee and this ticks the boxes. The smokiness comes through foremost and then the dark roast profile. Too many so called dark roasts aren't dark in colour but this one definitely is which boded well for what was to come. Give this a go if you want a 'proper' cup of coffee ☕.

Not minty, but still excellent

I'm a caffeine fueled athlete and I love great coffee, so when KMC said they were bringing out there own I was very happy. The brew is brilliant - strong, dark and chocolatey and perfect for those early starts. Highly recommended

A fantastic coffee

I was sceptical about buying this due to the cost compared to the beans I normally buy from the supermarket. Theres two factors to this though - sustainability - look into the organisation they support. Its worth it for that alone. freshness - these beans were roasted in March, delivered in March. You do not get that in supermarket coffee. This has lead to one of the best espresso coffees I have ever had. Would heartily recommend.
