Tried this for the first time last weekend whilst competing in the Rat Race Ultra tour of Arran (this was my 3rd attempt as it had proved too difficult to complete on previous years). I never enjoyed energy gels in the past but thought a mint flavoured one would be worth a try. The race was 100k with almost 10,000 feet of ascent so between pit stops gels seemed the practical option. Another reason that i don’t particularly like energy gels is that the sticky wrappers end up all over things in your bag and ive had a few burst which is not pleasant. However using the reusable pouch was a perfect solution, no problem with stickiness , also i could quickly have a squeeze of the gel whenever i needed to without having to have all of it at once. It also tastes AMAZING 🤩. Fabulous product and I successfully finished the race 🏅💪⛰️

Quick service and excellent products, recently used them to fuel me on the bay limestone round and wasn’t disappointed. Really good on the stomach and nice crisp taste, love the mint cake .

I can't fault this product great idea but I would love to see a 250ml version to literally balance up the equation.
