Cleaning After use, simply unscrew the lid and pouch. The bottle and lid can be cleaned either by hand or through a dishwasher (the pouch is best cleaned by hand). The opening has been designed as wide as possible to allow most tap heads to fit inside. Being a soft-flexible material the pouch is best cleaned using warm water and rubbing any excess gel out.

For a deep clean the lid and mechanisms have been designed to fully dissemble. This is carried out by depressing the two prongs underneath the lid and pushing the components upwards.

My new "go to" run bar

Really good taste, like a minty milky bar. I have tried the traditional bars but found they broke up easily in the packet when out running, leaving me with a bag of minty sugar, still good but a bit messy especially if you dont eat the packet all in one go. The chocolate coated bars hold together a lot better so a lot better, even in the rain, if you dont want to eat the bar all at once

Perfect water bottle for bike rides

This water bottle was perfect for us as it fit on both our bikes easily even though they had slightly different bottle holders. It has a very premium feel to it and still has good rigidity even though it is fully biodegradable. Other biodegradable bottles I've seen don't seem to be as rigid as this. Another reason I chose this bottle was because of the sustainability of it. Really love the branding to as I can represent the Lakes on my bike rides. Delivery was really quick. This was a good purchase for the money and I would recommend. 5 stars.
