We work closely with our courier partners to give customers the best quality and value service possible. All orders are picked and packed in-house and dispatched by 5:15pm from our distribution warehouse.

Local Pickup (UK Only)

Local Pickup is FREE and only available at a limited number of locations, subject to stock availability.

You must wait for your "Order Ready" Email (not your confirmation email) which includes your Local Pickup instructions - please read these carefully before attempting to collect your order.

Each Local Pickup location has different requirements and opening times.

Failure to follow the instructions may lead to a delayed or cancelled pickup time.

Our shipping services are subject to change based on courier specific weight & size restrictions. Alternative services used including Parcelforce and UPS will deliver within the same timeframe selected above. All parcels for trade orders are currently sent using Parcelforce 48 for £8 /parcel or Parcelforce 24 for £15 /parcel.



United Kingdom & Channel Islands

Tracked UK Deliveries are sent using Royal Mail Tracked 48H Services as standard. Once your order has been placed you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail via text or email.

Small & Light UK (under 2kg) 2-3 Working Days - Free Over £40
Items under 2kg or large letter sized under 750g will be sent using either Royal Mail 48 or Large Letter Tracked 48. Once your order has been placed you will receive tracking information from Royal Mail via text or email.

Next Day Delivery (UK Only before 2pm) - Free Over £60 *Subject to change
Our Next Day delivery service uses Royal Mail Tracked 24H, this may be subject to change and other tracked services may be used.
Orders are dispatched on working days, and will be delivered the next working day if placed before 2pm.

Superfast Next Working Day Delivery (before 2pm) - Free Over £60 *available from November 2022
Our superfast service uses DPD next day services with full tracking as standard for orders up to 20kg. 
*Exceptions apply for small letterbox sized items which will use Royal Mail Tracked 24 Large Letter services.

This service offers DPD's convenient one-hour delivery timeslots and options to reschedule or delivery to a safe place. DPD offers Tracking and Delivery confirmation.
(when unavailable this may be subject to change and equivalent tracked services may be used).
Orders are dispatched on working days, and will be delivered the next working day if placed before 2pm.
  • DPD doesn't ship to PO Boxes or BFPO addresses.
  • DPD do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery.
  • DPD cannot guarantee next day delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland, for these locations the DPD TWO DAY service is used, please be assured we will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible.
  • DPD deliver 95% of DPD Fast orders on time, although, a small number of cases delivery can take up to 3 days. If delivery is taking longer than expected, simply send us a message via our Live Chat and we will look into this for you. In cases where our couriers have failed to deliver outside of 3 days will be reimbursed on any next day orders (excluding the restricted areas aforementioned).
  • Please note, our DPD Fast Delivery service may not be available during periods of adverse weather or UK Public Holidays
  • (equivalent tracked services may also be used).

EU 'Lite' Shipping <2kg

All EU 'Lite' Shipping, under 2kg, deliveries are sent using the low-cost DPD Direct Lite (Ascendia Go) Service or equivalent fully tracked services and delivery may take between 4-11 working days after dispatch. Max weight 2kg.

  • Items are delivered DAP or DDP.
  • DPD Direct uses local delivery expertise of the destination country for the best possible service and expertise. This means your tracking infromation may be updated by other carriers.
  • Countries included: Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Cyrpus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey.


EU Shipping <2kg

All EU deliveries are sent using Royal Mail or equivalent fully tracked services and delivery may take between 3-5 working days after dispatch. Max weight 2kg.

Please note, we cannot accept responsibility for orders addressed incorrectly. Please check the correct address is being used before proceeding. Postage for incorrectly addressed items will be non-refundable and may incur additional charges for reposting.

Packaging:
We take great care when packing our orders to ensure you receive them in good order.

We also take every step to reduce the amount of packaging waste by utilising as much biodegradable and recyalable packing materials as possible.

Please note, online orders may not always arrive in a branded box. If you are gifting the item please specify this in the "customer notes" section.

Preorders & Backorders:
All items included in the same order as a preorder item will be dispatched and delivered together unless stated otherwise.
