Kendal Mint is my go to for energy and recovery. The mint seems to stop me feeling bloated or nauseous. Mixing citrus and raspberry flavours keeps it ‘digestively interesting’!

It’s nice but I have found it’s slow to dilute and can be ‘Grainy
Hi Stuart! 😊 Thanks for the 4-star review on our ISO MIX! A good shake and a regular strength mix should dissolve really well, if you making a stronger mix then you'll need to shake a bit harder. Hope this help! We're always working to improve, so if you have any more thoughts, we'd love to hear them!

Really good taste, like a minty milky bar. I have tried the traditional bars but found they broke up easily in the packet when out running, leaving me with a bag of minty sugar, still good but a bit messy especially if you dont eat the packet all in one go. The chocolate coated bars hold together a lot better so a lot better, even in the rain, if you dont want to eat the bar all at once
Hi Matthew! 😊 Thank you for the fantastic 5-star review! We're thrilled to hear you're loving the taste and sturdiness of the chocolate-coated bars. If you ever need anything or have more feedback, feel free to reach out!

After not running for nearly 12 months, I've tipped over 100 miles in June. My body needed extra energy, so I've bought a stash of KMC products as recommended by a fellow runner.
Pre and during run Isotonic Drinks, alongside Mint Cake and Energy Gels, have kept me fuelled.
Very happy with the results and how I've felt energised during the runs.
