I Did report this but received an email saying they would consider replacing it with a list of costs

My first time trying this gel and absolutely love it - taste and texture is great and love that it is more sustainable. The refillable pouch is great, I've a soft water bottle version which has a horrible plastic taste to it so was expecting the same with this, but no issues at all so think it's good quality. The gels have really improved my running too, I hit my 10k PB today with these on my run

Used during a swimrun so it was inside a wetsuit pocket and had no leaks whatsoever.
Bite valve seems considerably better than other soft flasks I've tried and after a couple of rinses it doesn't taste plasticy at all. Seems pretty hard wearing - no damage from dropping it during runs - would recommend.
