Custom Branded Products

1. If you provide artwork, logos, wording or other material, you confirm that you own it or have permission for KMC to use it for your enquiry and any approved order.
2. You give KMC a non-exclusive licence to use that material only to assess your enquiry, prepare your quote and proofs, and produce your approved order. Ownership stays with you or the relevant rights holder. This permission does not cover unrelated advertising or publicity.
3. KMC retains its rights in its name, logos, designs and other intellectual property. An enquiry or custom-branded order does not grant permission to copy, alter or separately use them. Any additional permission must be agreed by KMC in writing, except where use is permitted by law.
4. Custom branding does not mean KMC endorses your organisation, products, views, campaign or event, or creates a sponsorship or partnership. You must not describe or promote the arrangement in a way that suggests otherwise. Publicity using KMC’s branding requires prior written approval, except where permitted by law.
5. An enquiry creates no obligation to buy or supply. An order is formed only when you accept KMC’s written quote and applicable order terms and KMC confirms acceptance in writing. Production will not begin until you approve the final artwork proof in writing.
6. KMC may decline artwork it reasonably believes infringes rights or is unlawful. Custom branding must not remove, cover, alter or obscure required food information, including ingredients, allergens, dates and traceability details.

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
