What is the difference between electrolytes and isotonic drinks?
Electrolyte-only drinks mainly support hydration and mineral replacement. Isotonic sports drinks also contain electrolytes, but add a meaningful amount of carbohydrate so the drink contributes energy as well. KMC ISO MIX is an isotonic carbohydrate-electrolyte drink.
