Veel Gestelde Vragen
Are electrolyte drinks useful for running?
Yes. Electrolyte drinks can support hydration, particularly in hot weather or for runners with high sweat losses. Water may be sufficient for a short easy run. During longer runs, check whether the drink also contains carbohydrate; an electrolyte-only drink will normally need to be paired with gels or another energy source.
